Whether you are with a non for profit or business, implementing these techniques will be transformative for you and your team. You think you are a master in sales - I challenge you to take this course!! The entire course is very informative and the knowledge that you are getting from the Foundations and Sales Mastery programs are very timely and can be applied not only to sales but also dealing with others. Clint is very helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable on what he does.

Joanne Patenaude - Senior Manager, New Partnership Development at United Way

I first met Clint through the Winnipeg Foundation's Fast Pitch event in 2019; I was a participant and he was a coach. When the event came to an end, Clint had offered all participants the opportunity to apply for a scholarship to attend his Sandler Sales Mastery course as a way to give back to community and to support the Not-for-Profit sector. As someone who is always interested in continuous learning and professional growth, I jumped at the opportunity to apply and fortunately, for me, I was the recipient chosen to participate in the one-year program. I've spent the bulk of my career in the Not-for-Profit sector and I never thought of myself as a sales person in the traditional sense. I think I was only a few weeks into the Sandler training when I realized that's exactly what I am. I am looking for people (aka funders, donors, supporters) to see the alignment between what they do (or what they believe in and value) and what I do and to make the determination that what we have to offer is worthy of investment. This involves building relationships, setting expectations between "buyer" and "seller" - in the NFP sector this would be known as the "funder" and the "organization", determining next steps, delivering on outcomes and so much more. The Sandler sales system helped me fine tune my approach and provided me with a number of valuable tools and resources to help me work smarter, not harder. I now take more time to prepare for meetings, I'm more mindful of and intentional about what I want to have answered in our time together, and to be clear about next steps - even if the next step is a "no-go". I also appreciated some of the nuances that can be included in conversations to help get started and move forward ie. ANOT: Actually, Naturally, Obviously, Typically. In addition to this, I recently used a Sandler tip that got me a quick response from someone I was having a hard time getting a reply from. It was amazing how fast the response came when this trick was employed. There are many things I appreciate about Clint and his approach to teaching: His commitment and enthusiasm for the work does; his commitment and support of the people he has in his classes; his belief that all sales people have in them the ability to learn and grow and his commitment to supporting community through the Not-for-Profit Scholarship. If this scholarship was not available, I would not have benefitted from this learning opportunity. As an Entrepreneur and Business Professional, Clint's support of the NFP sector is to be commended. Whether you're a NFP Leader or a Business Professional looking to change up your approach, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Clint. You won't be disappointed! I want to thank Clint, and his partner Heather, for all they did to support me through my learning and I'm extremely grateful we've had the chance to cross paths. I look forward to finding ways we can stay connected.
